Support
One address, and no ticket to open
Most questions are answered in the help centre.
Email is the support system. There is no ticket portal, no live chat and no phone number — so rather than draw a help centre that implies otherwise, this page gives you the address, says what it can do for you today, and says what it cannot.
Or write to us here
It reaches the same inbox. There is no ticket queue behind it and no reference number to keep — we reply to the address you give.
What email is for
What we can do for you today
Six things people write to us about, and the honest state of each. Three of them are email because the button that should do it is not built yet — those say so.
Refunds
Your first server is refundable in full within 72 hours of buying it. Email inside that window and we refund it — you do not have to give a reason. After that, monthly renewals and add-ons are not refundable by default; ask anyway if something went wrong on our side, because that is a judgement we would rather make than hide behind the default. The wording that counts is in the refund policy.
Email is the mechanism, not a formality — there is no refund control in the panel yet.
Cancelling
Every plan is month to month. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the rest of the month you have already paid for — nothing is cut off the day you ask.
Also email today rather than a button in the panel — that control is coming, but it is not built yet.
Switching plan
Not yet — and not by asking, either. Moving between Core, Plus and Ultra is a subscription change and a server resize at the same time, and the half that resizes the server is not built. Doing the billing half alone would charge you for memory you were not running on, which is worse than making you wait.
On the way, but not built yet. Until then the plans are what you choose at checkout.
A question before you pay
Ask first if you are not certain we can do the thing you need. Moving in a world you already have is the common one, and the honest answer today is that the panel restores from backups we took and nothing in it accepts a save file you upload. We would rather lose the sale than the refund argument.
Reporting a server
If something on a Rebetchi-hosted server breaks the acceptable use policy, email the same address with the server or community involved and a description of what happened. Server owners are responsible for their own communities, and we act on reports about them.
Your data
Downloading everything we hold about you, and deleting your account, are both in the panel under Account — you do not need us for either. Use privacy@rebetchi.com if you would rather have the export by email, or want something removed that an account deletion does not reach. The privacy policy sets out exactly what each one does.
What this page is not
The things we have not built
A support page is the easiest place on a site to imply a department that does not exist. These are the gaps, stated rather than styled around.
No ticket queue, no live chat, no phone number
Email is the whole support system at launch. That is a decision, not an oversight, and if it changes it changes here first.
No response-time promise
We would have to invent the number, and an invented number is worse than none — you would plan around it. What we will say is that this address reaches the people who run the servers, not a front desk.
No service status on this page
We do not measure uptime here, so anything this page said about it would be a hardcoded string that kept saying "operational" through an outage. status.rebetchi.com is the page that does measure it.
The paperwork
What you agreed to, in full
Four documents, and the one that decides a refund argument is the refund policy — not anything written on a marketing page, including ours.
