Billing and your subscription

Last updated August 28, 2026

What you are charged and when, where your plan and invoices live in Rebetchi Manage, and which billing changes still have to go through support.

1. What you are paying for

One subscription pays for one server, billed monthly. If you run two servers you have two subscriptions, each on its own billing date.

Plans are priced by dedicated RAM, in US dollars, per month:

  • Rebetchi Core — 12 GB — $29.99
  • Rebetchi Plus — 16 GB — $39.99
  • Rebetchi Ultra — 24 GB — $54.99

Community Pro is an add-on, not a plan. It is $9.99 a month and rides on the same subscription as the server it applies to, as a second line item.

You buy a server at checkout, either on rebetchi.com or from New server in the panel sidebar.

2. Where billing lives in the panel

Sign in at manage.rebetchi.com and open Billing in the left sidebar. Billing is account-level rather than per-server, so it sits outside any one server's console.

The page shows your plan and its RAM, the subscription status, the next payment date, whether Community Pro is active, which server the subscription pays for, and your monthly total.

Two ordinary reasons the page says nothing is being billed:

  • You have not bought a server yet.
  • You help run somebody else's server as a co-admin — we set those up by hand today, so email support@rebetchi.com. You get the full console; the bill stays with whoever owns the subscription.

If you own more than one server, this page currently shows only one of your subscriptions. Your full charge history is in Stripe — see the next section.

3. Updating your card, and finding invoices

On the Billing page, use Manage billing. It opens a Stripe-hosted page where you can update the card we charge and download every past invoice. Rebetchi never sees or stores your card details.

The button appears only once you have a billing account with us, which is created by your first server purchase. Before that there is nothing to open.

That Stripe page is deliberately limited to your payment method, your invoices and your billing details. It does not offer plan changes or cancellation — see below for why.

4. Community Pro

You choose Community Pro at checkout, with a switch, before you pay. It is priced per server, because one server has exactly one community.

What it does today: the add-on unlocks the accent colour in your community's branding editor, under Community on a server — and that accent retints the portal your players open, so a Pro community's Rebetchi Play wears your colour instead of the default. The community name, logo and description are editable without Pro, and they show on the portal for everyone. Rebetchi Play itself is included on every plan without Pro. The other thing Community Pro is ultimately for — pointing a domain you own at the portal — is not available yet.

There is no control in the panel to add or remove Community Pro after purchase. Email support@rebetchi.com if you need it changed.

5. Changing plan, and cancelling

Neither of these is self-serve yet, and neither is hidden somewhere you have not looked.

Changing plan is not available at all — not in the panel, and not by asking us. Changing plan means resizing your server as well as changing the subscription, and we cannot resize a server yet. The Plans section on the Billing page is information only.

Cancelling is an email to support@rebetchi.com. When a cancellation is scheduled, your Billing page shows a banner with the date: the server keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it stops. After that a final backup is taken and kept for 30 days.

6. Refunds and the first-month discount

  • Your first server purchase comes with a 72-hour money-back window. To claim it, email support@rebetchi.com inside the window — there is no self-serve refund control.
  • Renewal charges and add-ons, including Community Pro, are not refundable by default. Ask us anyway if something went wrong on our side.
  • New accounts get 25% off the first month. It is applied automatically at checkout and there is no code to enter. It is once per account ever, so an account that has held a subscription before — including a cancelled one — is not eligible.

The refund policy is the wording that counts.

7. If a payment fails

The timeline is fixed and the panel counts it down for you.

  1. Stripe retries your card for up to 7 days. Your server keeps running the whole time.
  2. Still unpaid on day 7: the server is stopped. Your world and your join address are held.
  3. Still unpaid on day 21: the server is terminated. A final backup is kept for 30 days, and paying before it is purged restores your server.

While a payment is failing, a banner appears on the Billing page and on every page of that server's console, showing how long you have and a button that opens Stripe so you can update the card. Updating the card is the whole fix — nothing else is needed on your side.

Still stuck? Email support@rebetchi.com and tell us your server name — we can see the logs from here.
