Connecting to your server

Last updated July 29, 2026

Your server has one address that players use to join it. This article covers where to find that address in Rebetchi Manage, what PC players type, how console players find you instead, and what changes once you set a join password.

1. Where to find your join address

Open your server in Rebetchi Manage at manage.rebetchi.com. The address appears in three places:

  • The Connect box in the header bar, which is on every page for that server. It shows the address together with the port, and the copy button beside it copies both.
  • The How to join card on the Overview page, which shows the PC address and the console instructions side by side.
  • The server picker at the top of the page, which has a copy button for the address on its own.

The address is the name you chose at checkout plus the connect domain you picked at the same time, so it looks like yourname.rebetchi.cloud. Palworld's port is 8211, and it is the same on every Rebetchi Palworld server, because each server gets its own dedicated IP address instead of sharing one.

The full string a PC player needs is the two together:

yourname.rebetchi.cloud:8211

If the Connect box reads Address pending, the address has not been recorded yet. If it is still there once your server is online, email support@rebetchi.com.

The Connect box also shows your server's dedicated IP. Connecting to that IP on the same port works, but give players the address rather than the IP. If we ever move your server to a different machine, we repoint the address and everyone keeps using the one they already have.

Your join address does not change, and there is no control in the panel to rename it. If you need it changed, email support@rebetchi.com.

2. Joining from PC

  1. Check that the server is running. Its state is in the header bar, and Start, Restart and Stop are in the left sidebar.
  2. In Palworld, choose the option to join a dedicated server by address.
  3. Enter yourname.rebetchi.cloud:8211, using your own address.

3. Joining from Xbox or PS5

Consoles cannot connect by address at all. Console players find your server by searching Palworld's in-game Community Servers browser for its name.

Two things have to be true for that to work:

  • List in Community Servers is on. It is in Game Settings, on the Server tab, and it is on by default. With it off, console players cannot find your server.
  • Players search for the Server name, also on the Server tab. That is how your server presents itself in the in-game list, and it is a separate thing from your join address. Changing it does not change the address, and it does not affect anything else on Rebetchi.

Palworld reads its settings when it starts, so a change to either one takes effect on the next restart.

4. If you set a join password

Join password is in Game Settings, on the Server tab. Leave it blank for an open server that anyone with the address can join. Set a value and players have to enter it to connect. The field is masked while you type, and the search box at the top of Game Settings will find it if you would rather not hunt through the tabs.

After you save, the panel tells you the change applies on restart. Restart the server from the sidebar, then give the password to your players. Until that restart the server is still running the old setting.

Game Settings only lists settings you can change. The ones Rebetchi manages for you — your server's public IP and port, and the administrative credential our platform uses to talk to the game — are not shown there, and you do not need them to join.

5. If a player cannot get in

  • The server is not running. Check the state in the header bar and start it from the sidebar.
  • You changed a setting and nothing happened. Palworld applies settings at launch. Restart the server.
  • A console player cannot find it. Confirm that List in Community Servers is on and that they are searching for the exact Server name.
  • The password is refused. Confirm the server has restarted since you changed it, and that the player is using the current password.
  • The server is full. Max players is in Game Settings, on the Server tab.
  • The address is correct and nothing connects. Email support@rebetchi.com with your server's name and what the player sees on screen.

Still stuck? Email support@rebetchi.com and tell us your server name — we can see the logs from here.
