Getting started
Last updated August 28, 2026
This article walks the whole path: buying a Palworld server, what happens after you pay, where your join address is, and the first things worth doing in Rebetchi Manage. It assumes you have never used Rebetchi before.
1. What you are buying
A plan gets you one dedicated Palworld server. One subscription is one server.
- Core — 12 GB RAM, $29.99/month
- Plus — 16 GB RAM, $39.99/month
- Ultra — 24 GB RAM, $54.99/month
If you have never subscribed to Rebetchi before, 25% comes off your first month automatically. There is no code to enter. It is once per account — the first month you ever pay us, not the first month of each server — and an account that has held a subscription before, including a cancelled one, is not eligible.
Checkout also offers a Community Pro add-on at $9.99/month. It unlocks the accent colour in your community's branding editor, and that accent retints the portal your players open — a Pro community's Rebetchi Play wears your colour instead of the default. The other thing it is ultimately for — pointing a domain you own at the portal — is not available yet. The portal itself is included on every plan without Pro.
2. Checkout
You can start from the pricing page on rebetchi.com, or from New server in the panel if you already have one.
- Pick your plan and type a server name. It is checked as you type, and it becomes your join address, your panel label, and the name the server shows in-game.
- Pick a connect domain from the list (
rebetchi.cloudtoday). - Give an email address. We send a one-time sign-in link — there is no password box. You can use Google instead.
- Pay on Stripe's own hosted page. We take cards. Your card number never reaches us.
Nothing is saved before you pay, so an abandoned checkout leaves no half-made server behind.
3. After you pay
Stripe returns you to Rebetchi Manage at manage.rebetchi.com, on a page that says Payment received. It waits for your server record to appear and then opens it. You do not need to refresh. If the wait runs past about twenty seconds the page says so and keeps checking — your payment already went through at that point.
Your server then sits in Provisioning while we copy the game files, write your settings, open the firewall, and start it. It normally takes a few minutes. The status pill in the panel changes to Server online on its own.
There is no welcome email. Everything — your join address, your controls, your invoices — is in the panel. To get back in later, go to manage.rebetchi.com and sign in with the same email, by one-time link or by Google.
4. How players join
Your join address is your server name plus the connect domain, for example cindarworld.rebetchi.cloud. Every server gets its own public IP, and the game listens on Palworld's default port, 8211.
- PC players use direct connect with that address. It is on the Overview page under How to join, and the Connect box in the header copies it for you.
- Console players (Xbox, PS5) cannot direct connect. They find you by searching the in-game Community Servers list for your server's name. That list only includes you while List in Community Servers is on in Game Settings, which it is by default.
The join address does not change. It is fixed when you buy, it survives a hardware move, and there is no rename control — email support@rebetchi.com if you need one changed, knowing it breaks every link you have published.
5. First things to do in the panel
- Game Settings — set a join password if you want a private server, edit the in-game server name and description, and set rates and difficulty. Palworld reads its settings at launch, so saved changes apply on the next restart.
- Console — announce a message to players, save the world, kick or ban. These run through the game's own API, so the server has to be online.
- Players — everyone who has joined, and who is on right now.
- Backups — your server also backs itself up once a day on its own, and keeps 7 days of history on Core, 14 on Plus and 30 on Ultra. There is nothing to switch on. Create backup takes one immediately on top of that; your plan includes manual slots of 5 on Core, 10 on Plus and 20 on Ultra.
- Automated Tasks — schedule restarts, daily or weekly, with an in-game warning before it happens. Palworld servers bloat in memory, so a nightly restart is worth setting up. You can have a backup taken first, and those do not use a manual slot.
- Billing — your plan, your renewal date, and a door to Stripe for your payment method and invoices.
Start, Restart, and Stop are in the sidebar on every server page.
6. If something is wrong
Email support@rebetchi.com. In particular, email us if your server is still provisioning long after you bought it — that is something we have to look at, and there is no self-serve fix.
Your first server purchase is covered by a 72-hour money-back guarantee. To claim it, email us inside the 72 hours; there is no refund button yet. Cancelling is also an email today — the panel has no cancel control, and no way to change plan.
Still stuck? Email support@rebetchi.com and tell us your server name — we can see the logs from here.
